Harmonic Analysis

A harmonic system analysis can reveal problems that will arise from the connection of sources of harmonic currents into your system. Such sources include rectifiers, variable speed drives, solid-state motor starters, and computers. A harmonic analysis can also be used to avoid, diagnose, and mitigate the problems associated with these high harmonic loads.

We utilize the EasyPower Spectrum software package along with our power quality field survey equipment to evaluate your system. With this software we can provide information such as I_thd, V_thd, V_rss, and other information on the system one-line diagram or as a text file report.
